ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a high-performing, commission-driven Digital Sales Executive to close website and digital service contracts.
This role is focused on revenue generation, deal closure, and structured client onboarding.
You will:

Receive inbound leads from Aruva

Generate external leads independently
-
Conduct discovery calls
-
Close sales
-
Issue quotations and invoices
-
Collect deposits
-
Obtain complete client onboarding information
-
Transition projects to our Development Team

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Management

Respond to inbound leads within 24 hours
-
Qualify prospects using structured discovery questions

Identify appropriate service packages
​
Sales & Closing
​
-
Present solutions confidently
-
Recommend appropriate packages
-
Upsell add-ons (emails, booking systems, branding, SEO)
-
Close deals at deposit stage
Quotation & Invoicing

Prepare structured quotations
-
Ensure scope clarity
-
Convert approved quotations to invoices
-
Follow up on payments
-
Confirm deposit receipt before handover
Client Onboarding

Collect and verify client information.
Ensure intake documentation is complete before project handover.

Pipeline & Reporting
​

Maintain weekly sales report
-
Track pending quotations
-
Track outstanding invoices
-
Monitor close rates

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
​
This is a commission-based independent contractor role.

Compensation is performance-driven.

Earnings are based on revenue generated and collected.

Commission structure will be finalized during onboarding based on experience and performance expectations.

Payments are issued after funds are received and cleared.
High performers will have strong earning potential.
